Terms & Conditions

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. 

To place an order, please place all the items you wish to purchase into your cart, being careful to check quantities and any additional options before checking out. Please enter any discount codes in the discount code box before checking out, you will not be able to redeem a code unless it is used during the check out process. Secure and reliable, we use Paypal on our website, if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by card by following the options presented to you.

Delivery

Most items are made to order so please allow at least 3-7 days for them to be made and sent, at busier times please allow 7-14 days. The best way to keep up to date with delivery times is by our Facebook page, just search for Puddleducks Pretties.

All items are sent second class at £2.80 within the United Kingdom and should arrive within 5 days of being posted, however please allow 14 days before contacting us if you haven't received your order yet and it has been dispatched.

Overseas orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you're waiting on an order and it has been dispatched please contact me if you've been waiting for more than 4 weeks.

If any goods are lost or damaged during transit please let us know promptly.

Refund Policy

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to the personalisation of the product - it is unlikely that i would be able to resell the item. 

If you change your mind on an item that isn't personalised, you must let us know you would like to return the item within 7 days of receiving it, buyer pays return postage. We will only pay for postage if you've been sent the wrong item or if it is faulty. 

Any returned items must be sent back in the same condition as when they arrived to you, it is down to you to look after the item while it is in your possession.

These terms were last changed on 1st July 2015 and applies to all orders.
